Description: This cookie brings us in the middle of a lemon orchard in the Mediterranean.. Its delicate texture, halfway between a butter cookie and sponge cake, melts in your mouth. The two parts of the cookie are assembled with a lemon curd, adding intense notes of lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice. The sugar grains on top bring just enough crunch, for a perfect balance of textures. 

Ingredients: Flour, butter, sugar, lemon zest and juice, egg, salt.
