In order to be returned, in the case of a delivery error, your product must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of merchandise are not allowed to be returned. For example, perishable items, such as food, flowers, etc. cannot be returned.
Other items not allowed to be returned: * Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned product. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regularly priced products are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, products on sale or on promotion are not.
