"Yemma" pie/cake with homemade jam

Description: When we can’t make up our mind if we should go for a poptart or coffee cake: why not both? The textural aspect of a shortcrust pastry gives way to the softness of the cake which is moistened with our homemade jam, made from the best seasonal fruits.

For 6 to 8 people.

Ingredients: Flour, eggs, sugar, sunflower oil, lemon zest, orange zest, orange blossom water, vanilla, homemade jam, salt.

Order between Monday and Wednesday for weekend delivery.

Order between Thursday and Sunday for delivery the following weekend.
