"Yemma" Bread

Description: This bread has the soft texture of brioche, but it is not sweet. It reveals all its savoury notes thanks to the anise and nigella seeds, together with subtle notes of orange and lemon peel.

Large: for 6 to 8 people.

Ingredients: Semolina, Flour, eggs, butter, sunflower oil, milk, nigella seeds, anise seeds, citrus zest, dry yeast, salt.
